All the scheduled Malpractice shows are being re-scheduled. No East Coast tour or West Coast tour. The show dates have changed so often that we will not post show dates until the show dates are written in stone. Sorry for the inconvenience.

05-21-2000

We apologize for the run-around about the up-coming Malpractice shows. We will refrain from news about them until the show dates are solid.

The Portland Malpractice show and all resulting shows have been cancelled due to personal issues in the band. Sorry to all that were hoping for the West Coast tour, but the tour is not cancelled in it's entirety. The tour will take place but not until next Spring. Though it will be taking place Spring 2001, it won't take place on the West Coast, it will take place on the East Coast. Albany, Ny will be the kick-off/decider show, just as the Portland show was.

Keep visiting for updates, those on the mailing list will get the news first so if you aren't already on the list you can join from the main page.

This news post is merely to de-bunk the rumor that Sixsix's All-Star Penguin Poppers are breaking up.

On 4-24-2000, Sixsix was quoted as saying: "We are NOT breaking up. We have NO IDEA how this rumor got started. Someone said that after a Cleveland, Ohio show last year we broke up at a waffle house. This didn't happen. That's fucking rediculous. As a matter-of-fact we didn't even play Cleveland, or ANYWHERE in Ohio for that matter. We weren't even there, especially not eating fucking chicken and waffles. Whoever started this rumor has too much fucking time on their hands. I'll personally buy them a set of tiddly-winks just to keep them busy and shut them the fuck up. That's all there is to that."

Malpractice has been re-formed. A new band offered it's services to Sixsix Dénger Kaine yesterday, making them the new Malpractice. With a show upcoming this summer in Portland, Oregeon, everything is going smoothly. The boys from Necrolytic are the new instruments for Sixsix Dénger Kaine on vocals, pringlotron, smackstrat-6, custom electronics, percussion, keys, and the occasional bass. Seth Burns on guitar, accordion, and keys cesspool vox. Tim on winds and keys vox. Durt on skins and vox.

Well, it's confirmed. The "Jersey Project" has been cancelled. The project was pending Sixsix's relocation to New York, and it's not happening. Sorry to dissapoint you guys. Maybe it will be picked back up next year. Just cross your fingers people.

You can look forward to some new additions to "The Double Six Center". In the next few weeks you can look forward to an assortment of promo pictures. A music video is also in the works. It should be up in a month or two. We haven't decided whether to post the whole video or not yet. If we only post a portion of it then you will have to order the full music video via snail-mail.

There are two videos on the drawing board."Corndog" is being shot presently and there MAY be another following it shortly. If we get enough support then you can expect another video shortly after. Until then kick back and enjoy what is here so far. :)

NEW ALBUM BEING RELEASED!!!

The new Sixsix solo album is scheduled for release summer of 2001. There are signs that it may be delayed but still just a possibility. We will just have to wait and see I suppose. The album is titled "Novelties". It's a collection of fun little dittys and strange dark sessions. There are fun dittys like "There's Only One Reason (That I'm Not In Porno)", strange expirimental techno/mind-fuck tracks like "Corndog", and then dark restings like "Thirteen Is A Magical Number". My only advice for listening to this new expirimental album is.... don't ask. If it makes no sense to you it probably never will. It's not for the weak-minded or otherwise impaired.

This is the promo cover for "Novelties". Those that are on the list will also recieve a second CD of the demos.
